Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Imports)
(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2018.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 September 2018.
Amendment of Second Schedule 2.
The Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 103/2017], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in Part I of the Second
Schedule, in relation to item 9, by inserting after subitem (17) in column (2) and the particulars against it in column (3) the following subitem and particulars:
Amendment of Fourth Schedule 3.
Part II of the Fourth Schedule to the principal Order is amended—

in relation to item 2, by inserting after subitem (2) in column (2) and the particulars against it in column (3) the following subitem and particulars:
