Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Imports)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2018.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 September 2018.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 103/2017], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in Part I of the Second

Schedule, in relation to item 9, by inserting after subitem (17) in column (2) and the particulars against it in column (3) the following subitem and particulars:
