Perintah Kastam (Larangan Mengenai Import) 2017 [P.U. (A) 103/2017], yang disebut “Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam Bahagian I Jadual Kedua, berhubung dengan butiran 2, dalam ruang (5), dengan menggantikan perkataan

“Forest Department Sarawak and Department of Agriculture of Sabah and Sarawak”

dengan perkataan “Department of Agriculture of Sabah and Sarawak Timber Industry

Development Corporation (STIDC)”.

Jadual Ketiga kepada Perintah ibu dipinda—

CUSTOMS ACT 1967

CUSTOMS (PROHIBITION OF IMPORTS) (AMENDMENT) (NO.2) ORDER 2019

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1)

of the

Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Imports)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2019.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 15 March 2019.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 103/2017], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in Part I of Second Schedule, in relation to item 2, in column (5), by substituting for the words “Forest Department

Sarawak and Department of Agriculture of Sabah and Sarawak” the words “Department of Agriculture of Sabah and Sarawak Timber Industry Development Corporation

(STIDC)”.

Amendment of Third Schedule 3.

The Third Schedule to the principal Order is amended—

(a)

in Part I—

(i)

in relation to items 31 and 37, by substituting for the words—

“For importation into Sabah and Sarawak:

(i)

an import permit issued by or on behalf of the Director of

Agriculture for Sabah or Sarawak under the Plant

Quarantine Regulations 1981

(ii)

subject to inspection and approval by the Department of

Agriculture of Sabah or Sarawak”

the words—
