  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Imports)

(Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2014.

This Order comes into operation on 30 September 2014.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 2012 [P.U. (A) 490/2012]

is amended in Part I of the Second Schedule, in relation to subitem 1(2) in column (2) under the heading “Description of Goods” by substituting for the words

“(excluding go-karts and ambulances)” the words “(excluding go-karts, ambulances and all terrain vehicles (ATV))”.
