IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Control of Supplies Act 1961 [Act 122], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Control of Supplies (Controlled Articles) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 2022. Amendment of paragraph 2 2. The Control of Supplies (Controlled Articles) (No. 2) Order 2022 [P.U. (A) 120/2022] is amended in paragraph 2 by substituting for the words “6 May 2022” the words “10 May 2022”.
