Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 5A Akta Kawalan Bekalan 1961 [Akta 122], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Tertakluk kepada subperenggan (2), penjual borong yang menjual kepada pembeli atau pembeli yang membeli daripada penjual borong, apa-apa barang berjadual yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual adalah dikecualikan daripada kehendak di bawah subperaturan 9(2) Peraturan-Peraturan Kawalan Bekalan 1974 [P.U. (A) 103/1974].

Penjualan atau pembelian apa-apa barang berjadual yang disebut dalam subperenggan (1) hendaklah bagi maksud kegunaan sendiri pembeli itu sahaja.

Dalam perenggan ini, “penjual borong” ertinya seseorang yang memegang suatu lesen yang sah yang dikeluarkan di bawah Peraturan-Peraturan Kawalan
Bekalan 1974 untuk berniaga apa-apa barang berjadual secara borong.

CONTROL OF SUPPLIES ACT 1961
CONTROL OF SUPPLIES (EXEMPTION) ORDER 2014
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5A of the Control of Supplies Act 1961
[Act 122], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Control of Supplies (Exemption)
Order 2014.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 8 April 2014.
Exemption 2.
(1)
Subject to subparagraph (2), a wholesaler who sells to a purchaser or a purchaser who purchases from a wholesaler, any scheduled article as specified in the Schedule is exempted from the requirements under subregulation 9(2) of the
Control of Supplies Regulations 1974 [P.U. (A) 103/1974].
(2)
The sale or purchase of any scheduled article referred to in subparagraph (1) shall be for the purposes of the purchaser’s personal use only.
(3)
In this paragraph, “wholesaler” means a person holding a valid licence issued under the Control of Supplies Regulations 1974 to deal in any scheduled article by wholesale.
