The instrument of a loan facility agreement of one hundred million ringgit (RM100,000,000.00) executed on 12 August 2004 between the Government of Malaysia (as the lender) and the Malaysian Technology Development Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (as the borrower) is exempted from stamp duty.
