Opening note

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 122 of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement

This order may be cited as the Constitution of the Federal Court

Order 2009.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 May 2009.

Number of other judges of the Federal Court

The number of the other judges of the Federal Court shall not exceed eleven.

Revocation

The Constitution of the Federal Court Order 2005 [P.U. (A) 229/2005] is revoked.
