PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh Fasal (1) Perkara 1224 Perlembagaan Persekutuan, Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Keanggotaan Mahkamah

Rayuan 2001.

Perintah ini hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 Januari 2002.

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1)of Article 122 of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement

Seksyen 1

(1)

This order may be cited as the Constitution of the Court of Appeal

Order 2001.

(2)

This Order shall come into operation on 1 January 2002.

Seksyen 2

Number of other judges of the Court of Appeal

The number of the other judges of the Court of Appeal shall not exceed fifteen.
