PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 19 Akta Kesalahan yang berhubungan dengan Anugerah 2017 [Akta 787], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Offences relating to Awards Act 2017 [Act 787], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Offences relating to Awards (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2018. Amendment of First Schedule 2. The Offences relating to Awards Act 2017 is amended in the First Schedule—

(a)

in the column “Head of State”—

(i)

in relation to the country “Gambia”, by substituting for the words

“President of the Republic of the Islamic Republic of The Gambia”

the words “President of the Republic of The Gambia”;

(ii)

in relation to the country “Guyana”, by substituting for the words

“President of the Republic of Guyana” the words “President of the

Co-operative Republic of Guyana”;

(iii)

in relation to the country “Haiti”, by substituting for the words

“Président Provisoire de la République d’Haïti” the words “Président de la République d’Haïti”;

(iv)

in relation to the country “Libya”, by substituting for the words
