PERINTAH KILANG DAN JENTERA (PENGECUALIAN KEPADA PETRONAS GAS BERHAD BAGI LOJI MEMPROSES GAS 5, KOMPLEKS B, PAKA, TERENGGANU) 2014

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Kilang dan Jentera (Pengecualian kepada Petronas Gas Berhad bagi Loji Memproses Gas 5, Kompleks B, Paka,

Terengganu) 2014.

Semua jentera yang didaftarkan dengan Ketua Pemeriksa, dengan nombor pendaftaran dan perihalan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) dan (2) Jadual, atas nama

Petronas Gas Berhad bagi Loji Memproses Gas 5, Kompleks B, Paka, Terengganu, yang telah dikeluarkan perakuan kelayakan, adalah dikecualikan daripada persediaan yang dikehendaki di bawah perenggan 17(b) Peraturan-Peraturan (Pemberitahu, Perakuan

Kelayakan dan Pemeriksaan) Kilang dan Jentera 1970 [P.U. (A) 43/1970] bagi pemeriksaan ulangan yang berikutnya selepas habis tempoh perakuan kelayakan itu sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) Jadual.

Pengecualian di bawah perenggan 2 tertakluk kepada syarat bahawa semua jentera yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual menjalani pemeriksaan luaran dan ujian tanpa musnah, dan Pemeriksa berpuas hati dengan keputusan pemeriksaan dan ujian itu.

FACTORIES AND MACHINERY ACT 1967

FACTORIES AND MACHINERY (EXEMPTION TO PETRONAS GAS BERHAD FOR

GAS PROCESSING PLANT 5, COMPLEX B, PAKA, TERENGGANU) ORDER 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 55(3) of the Factories and Machinery

Act 1967 [Act 139], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Factories and Machinery (Exemption to

Petronas Gas Berhad for Gas Processing Plant 5, Complex B, Paka, Terengganu)

Order 2014.

Exemption 2.

All machinery registered with the Chief Inspector, with the registration numbers and descriptions as specified in columns (1) and (2) of the Schedule, in the name of

Petronas Gas Berhad for Gas Processing Plant 5, Complex B, Paka, Terengganu, which have been issued with certificates of fitness, are exempted from the preparation required under paragraph 17(b) of the Factories and Machinery (Notification,

Certificate of Fitness and Inspection) Regulations 1970 [P.U. (A) 43/1970] for subsequent regular inspection after the expiry of such certificates of fitness as specified in column (3) of the Schedule.

Condition of exemption 3.

The exemption under paragraph 2 is subject to the conditions that all of the machinery as specified in the Schedule undergo an external inspection and non-destructive tests, and the Inspector is satisfied with the result of such inspection and tests.
