Koperasi Guru-Guru DTC Malaysia Berhad dan perbadanan yang berkaitan dengannya, dan menjalankan kesemua urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwalnya berkuat kuasa mulai 30 Mac 2018 hingga 29 Mac 2019.

(REAPPOINTMENT) ORDER 2018

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 69(2)(a) and subsection 69A(2) of the Co-operative Societies Act 1993 [Act 502], the Commission makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control) (Reappointment) Order 2018. Reappointment of assumption of control 2. The Commission has reappointed Mohd Shihabuddin bin Mohd Yazid to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Guru-Guru DTC Malaysia Berhad and its related corporations, and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs with effect from 30 March 2018 to 29 March 2019. Costs and expenses 3. Any costs and expenses incurred by the Commission in relation to the assumption of control under paragraph 2 shall be payable out of the funds and properties of the Koperasi Guru-Guru DTC Malaysia Berhad as a first charge.
