Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 49(1) of the Environmental Quality Act 1974 [Act 127], the Director General makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Environmental Quality (Delegation of Powers) (Investigation on Erosion and Sediment Control) (Amendment) Order 2014. Amendment of paragraph 1 2. Environmental Quality (Delegation of Powers) (Investigation on Erosion and Sediment Control) Order 2012 [P.U. (A) 436/2012], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in paragraph 1—
(b)
by deleting the word “(1)”.
Amendment of Schedule 3.
The Schedule to the principal Order is amended by deleting the word
“Malaysia”.
