Akta Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja 1991 dipinda—

(a)

dalam Jadual Kelima, dengan menggantikan perkataan “dua ribu ringgit”

dengan perkataan “dua ribu lima ratus ringgit”; dan

(b)

dalam Jadual Keenam, dengan menggantikan perkataan “dua” dengan perkataan “lima”.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Employees Provident Fund Act 1991 [Act 452], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 26 November 2002.

Amendment of Fifth and Sixth Schedules 2.

The Employees Provident Fund Act 1991 is amended—

(a)

in the Fifth Schedule, by substituting for the words “two thousand ringgit” the words “two thousand five hundred ringgit”; and

(b)

in the Sixth Schedule, by substituting for the word “two” the word

“five”.
