PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh scksyen 47 Akta 91/03. Lembaga Pelabuhan, 1963, Yang di-Pertuan Agong dengan ini mem-buat perintah yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Lembaga Pelabuhan Nama dan

(Pelabuhan Kuantan), 1974, dan hendaklah disifatkan sebagai telah mula mlaber.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 47 of the Port Autho- 27/63. rities Act, 1963, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong hereby makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

This Order may be cited as the Port Authorities (Kuantan Port) citation

Order, 1974, and shall be deemed to have come into force on the ane a 1st day of September, 1974.

Seksyen 2

The First Schedule to the Port Authorities Act, 1963 (hereinafter Amendment referred to as “the Act”) is hereby amended by adding thereto the gifisis.
