PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 32A Akta Lembaga Perkhidmatan Kewangan Labuan 1996 [Akta 545], Lembaga, dengan kelulusan Menteri, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Lembaga Perkhidmatan Kewangan

Labuan (Fi Pemprosesan dan Kelulusan) (Institusi Kewangan Labuan)

(Pindaan) 2014.

Pindaan Jadual Ketiga

Kelulusan) (Institusi Kewangan Labuan) 2012 [P.U. (A) 495/2012], yang disebut

(a)

dalam butiran 9, dengan menggantikan perkataan “syarikat amanah”

dengan perkataan “pemegang amanah”;

(b)

dalam butiran 10, dengan menggantikan perkataan “syarikat amanah”

dengan perkataan “pemegang amanah”; dan

(c)

LABUAN FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY (PROCESSING AND APPROVAL FEES)

(LABUAN FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 32A of the Labuan Financial Services

Authority Act 1996 [Act 545], the Authority, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Labuan Financial Services Authority

(Processing and Approval Fees) (Labuan Financial Institutions) (Amendment)

Order 2014.

Amendment of Third Schedule 2.

The Labuan Financial Services Authority (Processing and Approval Fees)

(Labuan Financial Institutions) Order 2012 [P.U. (A) 495/2012], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the Third Schedule—

(a)

in item 9, by substituting for the words “trust company” the word

“trustee”;

(b)

in item 10, by substituting for the words “trust company” the word

“trustee”; and

(c)

by inserting after item 11 and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
