NATIONAL SPORTS COUNCIL OF MALAYSIA ACT 1971 NATIONAL SPORTS COUNCIL OF MALAYSIA (MODIFICATION) ORDER 1981

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 7A of the National Sports Council of Malaysia Act 1971, the Minister makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Sports Council of Malaysia (Modification) Order 1981 and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st July 1981.

2. The Second Schedule to the National Sports Council of Malaysia Act 1971, in its application to the Federal Territory Sports Council, is modified as in the Schedule hereto:

Rule 5 (1) (iii) ... Substitute the following: "a Secretary, who shall be the Assistant Secretary, of the Co-ordination and Monitoring Unit of the Ministry of Federal Territory;"

Rule 5 (1) (iv) ... Substitute the following: "a Treasurer, who shall be the Principal Assistant Secretary (Finance), Ministry of Federal Territory;"

Rule 7 (1) (g) ... Substitute for the word "States" the words "Federal Territory" and substitute a semicolon for the full stop

Rule 7 (1) (h) ... Add the following new paragraph: "the Director General of Dewan Bandaraya".
