PERINTAH MAJLIS SUKAN NEGARA MALAYSIA (PENGUBAHSUAIAN) 1988

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Majlis Sukan Negara Malaysia (Pengubahsuaian) 1988.

Jadual Kedua kepada Akta Majlis Sukan Negara Malaysia 1971 dalam pemakaiannya kepada Majlis Sukan Wilayah Persekutuan adalah diubahsuaikan seperti dalam Jadual di bawah ini.

Perintah Majlis Sukan Negara Malaysia (Pengubahsuaian) 1981 adalah dibatalkan.

Kaedah 7 (1) (a) .. .. Gantikan dengan yang berikut:

"Pengerusi yang hendaklah dilantik oleh Menteri;"

Kaedah 7 (1) (b) .. Gantikan dengan yang berikut:

"Dua orang Timbalan Pengerusi yang dilantik oleh Menteri, seorang daripadanya ialah Ketua Setiausaha Negara atau wakilnya;"

Kaedah 7 (1) (e) .. Gantikan perkataan "Negeri" dengan perkataan perkataan "Wilayah Persekutuan"

Kaedah 7 (1) (f) .. Gantikan dengan yang berikut:

"Seorang wakil daripada Perbendaharaan;"

Kaedah 11 (ii) .. .. Gantikan dengan yang berikut:

"Wang yang dipinjamkan dari semasa ke semasa oleh Majlis atas terma-terma dan syarat-syarat yang diluluskan oleh Menteri Kewangan dan Kerajaan Persekutuan bagi menjelaskan apa-apa tanggungjawabnya atau melaksanakan apa-apa kewajipannya;"

Kaedah 12 .. .. Gantikan dengan yang berikut:

"Jawatankuasa boleh mengikut syarat-syarat yang diluluskan oleh Menteri, selepas berunding dengan Menteri Kewangan dan Kerajaan Persekutuan meminjam wang sebanyak yang diperlukan olehnya bagi menjalankan sesuatu tugasnya di bawah Akta ini".

NATIONAL SPORTS COUNCIL OF MALAYSIA ACT 1971 NATIONAL SPORTS COUNCIL OF MALAYSIA (MODIFICATION) ORDER 1988

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 7A of the National Sports Council of Malaysia Act 1971, the Minister makes.the following order:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Sports Council of Malaysia (Modification) Order 1988.

2. The Second Schedule to the National Sports Council of Malaysia Act 1971 in its application to the Federal Territory Sports Council is modified as in the Schedule hereto.

3. The National Sports Council of Malaysia (Modification) Order 1981 is revoked.

Rule 7 (1) (a) Substitute the following: "a Chairman who shall be appointed by the Minister;"

Rule 7 (1) (b) Substitute the following: "two Deputy Chairman who shall be appointed by the Minister, one of them is the Chief Secretary or his representative;"

Rule 7 (1) (e) Substitute for the word "State" the words "Federal Territory"

Rule 7 (1) (f) Substitute the following: "a representative from the Treasury;"

Rule 7 (1) (g) Substitute for the word "State" the words "Federal Territory"

Rule 9 (1) (e) Substitute for the word "State" the words "Federal Territory"

Rule 9 (1) (f) Substitute the following: "the representative from the Treasury;"

Rule 9 (1) (g) Substitute for the word "State" the words "Federal Territory"

Rule 11 (i) .. .. Substitute the following: "Such sums as may be provided from time to time by the Federal Government;"

Rule 11 (ii) . . . Substitute the following: "Such sums as may from time to time be borrowed by the council upon terms and condition approved by the Minister after consultation with the Minister of Finance and Federal Government for the purpose of meeting any of its obligations or discharging any of its duties;"

Rule 12 .. .. Substitute the following: "The council may, upon the conditions approved by the Minister, in consultation with the Minister of Finance and the Federal Government borrow such sums as it may require for carrying out any or its function under this Act.".
