Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Ministerial Functions Act 1969 [Act 2], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Ministers of the Federal Government

(Amendment)(No. 4) Order 2011.

(2)

This order is deemed to have come into operation on 11 June 2010.

[P.U. (A) 222/2009] is amended in respect of the Ministry of Federal Territories and

Urban Wellbeing by inserting in the “Subjects” column after the words “Planning and implementation of resident wellbeing programmes in urban areas throughout Malaysia”

appearing against the words “Ministry of Federal Territories and Urban Wellbeing” in the “Departments” column the words “Coordinate, manage and plan the development of

Greater Kuala Lumpur/Klang Valley”.
