Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 7(1) Akta Mesin Cetak dan Penerbitan 1984 [Akta 301], Menteri membatalkan Perintah Mesin Cetak dan Penerbitan (Kawalan Hasil Penerbitan Tidak Diingini) (No. 31) 2017 [P.U. (A) 282/2017] yang telah disiarkan dalam Warta pada 28 September 2017 yang melarang pencetakan, pengimportan, penghasilan, penghasilan semula, penerbitan, penjualan, pengeluaran, pengelilingan, pengedaran atau pemilikan hasil penerbitan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual.

PRINTING PRESSES AND PUBLICATIONS

(CONTROL OF UNDESIRABLE PUBLICATIONS) (REVOCATION) (NO. 3) ORDER 2026

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 7(1) of the Printing Presses and Publications Act 1984 [Act 301], the Minister revokes the Printing Presses and Publications (Control of Undesirable Publications) (No. 31) Order 2017

[P.U. (A) 282/2017] which has been published in the Gazette on 28 September 2017

which prohibited the printing, importation, production, reproduction, publishing, sale, issue, circulation, distribution or possession of publications specified in the Schedule.
