PERINTAH NAFKAH (KEMUDAHAN BAGI PENGUATKUASAAN) (PELUASAN AKTA) 2004

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan /Perintah Nafkah (Kemudahan bagi Penguatkuasaan) (Peluasan Akta) 2003, 2004 L PulA) 78/04

Yang di-Pertuan Agong, setelah berpuas hati di bawah seksyen 11 Akta bahawa peruntukan-peruntukan salingan telah dibuat oleh badan perundangan Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Republik Rakyat China bagi menguatkuasakan di Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Republik Rakyat China perintah nafkah yang dibuat oleh mahkamah-mahkamah di Malaysia, memperluas Akta ini ke Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Republik Rakyat China.

Jadual kepada Akta dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan "Tanah Jajahan Hong Kong" dengan perkataan "Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Republik Rakyat China".

MAINTENANCE ORDERS (FACILITIES FOR ENFORCEMENT) ACT 1949

MAINTENANCE ORDERS (FACILITIES FOR ENFORCEMENT) (EXTENSION OF THE ACT) ORDER 2003 2004

This order may be cited as the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) (Extension of the Act) Order/2003. 2004

The Yang di-Pertuan Agong, being satisfied under section 11 of the Act that reciprocal provisions have been made by the legislature of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China for enforcement within Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China of maintenance orders made by the courts in Malaysia, extends the Act to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

The Schedule to the Act is amended by substituting for the words "Hong Kong, Colony of" the words "Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China".
