PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 74 Akta Malaysia 1963 [Akta 26], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Negeri Sarawak (Pemeluasandan Ubah Suaian Akta Pendaftaran Ahli Farmasi 1951) 2009.

Pemeluasan Akta dan perundangan subsidiari ke Negeri Sarawak

Peraturan-peraturan Pendaftaran Ahli Farmasi 2004 [P.U. (A) 306/2004], yang di buat di bawah Akta yang diperluas, yang disebut "perundangan subsidiari yang diperluas" dalam Perintah ini, adalah diperluas ke Negeri Sarawak.

Tertakluk kepada ubah suaian khas yang dibuat di bawah subperenggan (1), perundangan subsidiari yang diperluas hendaklah dibaca bersama-sama dengan perubahan yang bersamaan tentang nama atau nama jawatan sebagaimana yang perlu untuk menyelaraskan perundangan subsidiari itu dengan Akta yang diperluas sebagaimana yang diubahsuaikan oleh Perintah ini.

MALAYSIA ACT 1963

STATE OF SARAWAK (EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION OF THE REGISTRATION OF PHARMACISTS ACT 1951) ORDER 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Malaysia Act 1963 [Act 26], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:

Citation

1. (1) This order may be cited as the State of Sarawak (Extension and Modification of the Registration of Pharmacists Act 1951) Order 2009.

Extension of the Act and subsidiary legislation to the State of Sarawak

2. (1) The Registration of Pharmacists Act 1951 [Act 371], which is referred to as the "extended Act" in this Order, is extended to the State of Sarawak.

The Registration of Pharmacists Regulations 2004 [P.U. (A) 306/2004], which is referred to as the "extended subsidiary legislation" in this Order, made under the extended Act is extended to the State of Sarawak.

Modification of the extended Act and subsidiary legislation

3. (1) The extended Act is modified in the manner as set out in the Schedule.

(2)

Subject to the specific modifications made under subparagraph (1), the extended subsidiary legislation shall be read with such corresponding alterations as to names or names of titles as may be necessary to bring that subsidiary legislation into accord with the extended Act as modified by this Order.
