- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 380(1) Akta Pasaran Modal dan Perkhidmatan 2007 [Akta 671], Menteri, atas syor Suruhanjaya, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Akta Pasaran Modal dan Perkhidmatan 2007, yang disebut sebagai “Akta ibu” dalam
Perintah ini, dipinda dalam Jadual 6 dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan 19
perenggan yang berikut:
“19A. Tawaran atau pelawaan berkenaan dengan debentur atau sukuk yang mematuhi Rangka Kerja Penerbit Berkelayakan sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Suruhanjaya.”.

(AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULES 6 AND 7) ORDER 2018
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 380(1) of the Capital Markets and
Services Act 2007 [Act 671], the Minister, on the recommendation of the Commission, makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Capital Markets And Services
(Amendment of Schedules 6 and 7) Order 2018.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 5 April 2018.
Amendment of Schedule 6 2.
The Capital Markets and Services Act 2007, which is referred to as the
“principal Act” in this Order, is amended in Schedule 6 by inserting after paragraph 19
the following paragraph:
“19A. An offer or invitation in respect of debentures or sukuk that complies with the Qualified Issuer Framework as may be specified by the Commission.”.
Amendment of Schedule 7 3.
Jadual
Schedule 7 to the principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph 20
the following paragraph:
“20A. An issue of debentures or sukuk that complies with the Qualified Issuer
Framework as may be specified by the Commission.”.
