Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 4 Akta Pasport 1966 [Akta 150], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Menteri mengecualikan warganegara Kerajaan Arab Saudi daripada kehendak visa di bawah subseksyen 2(1) Akta tertakluk kepada syarat yang berikut:
(a)
warganegara Kerajaan Arab Saudi itu hendaklah memiliki pasport diplomatik, pasport rasmi, pasport biasa atau pasport kecemasan yang sah;
(b)
dalam hal Pas Lawatan Sosial, warganegara Kerajaan Arab Saudi itu hendaklah dikeluarkan Pas Lawatan Sosial yang sah bagi tempoh sembilan puluh hari bagi setiap kemasukan dan dia boleh memohon untuk melanjutkan tempoh itu selama enam puluh hari sahaja;
(c)
dalam hal Pas Khas, warganegara Kerajaan Arab Saudi itu hendaklah dikeluarkan Pas Khas yang sah bagi tempoh tiga puluh hari bagi setiap kemasukan dan tempoh itu tidak boleh dilanjutkan;
(d)
warganegara Kerajaan Arab Saudi itu hendaklah memasuki dan keluar dari Malaysia hanya melalui pos kawalan imigresen, tempat mendarat yang dibenarkan, lapangan terbang yang dibenarkan atau pintu masuk

yang dibenarkan, sebagaimana yang diwartakan di bawah subseksyen 5(1) Akta Imigresen 1959/63 [Akta 155]; dan
(e)
apa-apa syarat lain sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Ketua Pengarah
Imigresen.

PASSPORTS (EXEMPTION OF VISA TO CITIZEN OF THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA)
ORDER 2018
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Passports Act 1966 [Act 150], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Passports (Exemption of Visa to Citizen of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) Order 2018.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 15 September 2018.
Exemption 2.
The Minister exempts citizen of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the requirement of visa under subsection 2(1) of the Act subject to the following conditions:
(a)
the citizen of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall hold a valid diplomatic passport, official passport, ordinary passport or emergency passport;
(b)
in the case of Social Visit Pass, the citizen of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have been issued with a valid Social Visit Pass for a period of ninety days for each entry and he may apply for extension for a period of sixty days only;
(c)
in the case of Special Pass, the citizen of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have been issued with a valid Special Pass for a period of thirty days for each entry and the period shall not be extended;
(d)
the citizen of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall enter and exit from
Malaysia only through the immigration control posts, authorized landing places, authorized airports or authorized points of entry, as gazetted under subsection 5(1) of the Immigration Act 1959/63 [Act 155]; and

(e)
any other conditions as may be determined by the Director General of
Immigration.
