Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 4 Akta Pasport 1966 [Akta 150], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Seksyen 1

(1)

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Pasport (Pengecualian Visa kepada Warganegara Republik Islam Pakistan) 2019.

(2)

Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 15 April 2019.

Pengecualian

Seksyen 2

Menteri mengecualikan warganegara Republik Islam Pakistan daripada kehendak visa di bawah subseksyen 2(1) Akta tertakluk kepada syarat yang berikut:

(a)

warganegara Republik Islam Pakistan itu hendaklah memiliki pasport diplomatik atau pasport rasmi yang sah;

(b)

warganegara Republik Islam Pakistan itu hendaklah dikeluarkan

Pas Lawatan Sosial yang sah bagi tempoh tiga puluh hari bagi setiap kemasukan;

(c)

warganegara Republik Islam Pakistan itu tidak dibenarkan untuk memohon apa-apa pas lain di bawah

Peraturan-Peraturan

Imigresen 1963 [L.N. 228/1963]; dan 3

(d)

warga Republik Islam Pakistan itu hendaklah memasuki dan keluar dari

Malaysia hanya melalui pos kawalan imigresen, tempat mendarat yang dibenarkan, lapangan terbang yang dibenarkan atau pintu masuk yang dibenarkan sebagaimana yang diwartakan di bawah subseksyen 5(1)

Akta Imigresen 1959/63 [Akta 155].

PASSPORTS (EXEMPTION OF VISA TO CITIZEN OF THE ISLAMIC

REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN) ORDER 2019

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Passports Act 1966 [Act 150], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Passports (Exemption of Visa to

Citizen of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan) Order 2019.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 15 April 2019.

Exemption 2.

The Minister exempts a citizen of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan from the requirement of visa under subsection 2(1) of the

Act subject to the following conditions:

(a)

the citizen of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan shall hold a valid diplomatic passport or official passport;

(b)

the citizen of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan shall have been issued with a Social Visit Pass that is valid for a period of thirty days for each entry;

(c)

the citizen of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan shall not be allowed to apply for any other passes under the Immigration Regulations 1963

[L.N. 228/1963]; and

(d)

the citizen of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan shall enter into and exit from

Malaysia only through the immigration control posts, authorized landing places, authorized airports or

authorized points of entry as gazetted under subsection 5(1) of the

Immigration Act 1959/63 [Act 155].
