Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 37 Akta Pembangunan Sukan 1997 [Akta 576], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama
Seksyen 2
Akta Pembangunan Sukan 1997 dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama—
(b)
dengan memasukkan selepas butiran 22 butiran yang berikut: "22A. Seni Mempertahankan Diri";
(c)
dengan menomborkan semula butiran 23A dan 23B masing-masing sebagai butiran 23B dan 23D;
(d)
dengan memasukkan sebelum butiran 23B seperti yang telah dinomborkan semula, butiran yang berikut:
"23A. Paralimpik";
(e)
dengan memasukkan sebelum butiran 23D seperti yang telah dinomborkan semula, butiran yang berikut:
"23c. Rekreasi";
(f)
dengan memasukkan selepas butiran 33 butiran yang berikut: "33A. Sukan Tradisional".

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Sports Development Act 1997 [Act 576], the Minister makes the following order: Citation
Seksyen 1
This order may be cited as the Sports Development (Amendment) Order 2004.
Seksyen 2
Amendment of First Schedule
The Sports Development Act 1997 is amended in the First Schedule—
(c)
by renumbering items $ 2 3 ^{\mathrm{A}} $ and $ 2 3 ^{\mathrm{B}} $ as items $ 2 3 ^{\mathrm{B}} $ and $ 2 3 ^{\mathrm{D}} $ respectively;
(d)
by inserting before item $ 2 3^{\mathrm{B}} $ as renumbered, the following item: "23A. Paralimpiad";
(e)
by inserting before item 23D as renumbered, the following item: "23c. Recreational";
(f)
by inserting after item 33 the following item: "33A. Tradisional Games".
