Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 43 Akta Pembangunan Sukan 1997, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan mula berkunt kunsa.

Seksyen 1

(1)

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Pembangunan Sukan (Ubahsuaian) 1998.

(2)

Perintah ini hendaklah disifatkan telah mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 April 1998.

Seksyen 2

Seksyen 16 Akta adalah diubahsuaikan dengan menggantikan perkataan "tiga bulan" dengan perkataan "lima bulan".

SPORTS DEVELOPMENT (MODIFICATION) ORDER 1998

Opening note

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 43 of the Sports Development Act 1997, the Minister makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

(1)

This order may be cited as the Sports Development (Modification) Order 1998.

(2)

This Order shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 1998.

Seksyen 2

Section 16 of the Act is modified by substituting for the words "three months" the words "five months".
