Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 [Akta 612], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement

This Order comes into operation on 1 April 2020.

Exemption of levy

Seksyen 2

The exemption of levy under subparagraph (1) is for the period of six months commencing from 1 April 2020 to 30 September 2020.
