  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 133 of the Wildlife Conservation Act 2010 [Act 716], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Wildlife Conservation (Exemption) Order 2019. Exemption 2. The Minister exempts any company registered under the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency from section 117 of the Act in relation to the keeping, selling, purchasing, importation and exportation part or derivative of the controlled species namely cervus elaphus (European Red Deer).
