Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 66C and 66D of the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing Act 2001 [Act 613], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing (Security Council Resolutions) (Al-Qaida and Taliban) (Amendment) Order 2014. Amendment of paragraph 3 2. The Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing (Security Council Resolutions) (Al-Qaida and Taliban) Order 2011 [P.U. (A) 402/2011] which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended—
(i)
in subparagraph 3(a), by inserting after the words “tuntutan ke atas wang,” the words “draf,”; and
(ii)
in subparagraph 3(c)—
by substituting for the words “sijil yang mewakili bon,”
the words “sijil yang mewakili sekuriti,”; and by inserting after the words “sijil yang mewakili bon,”
the words “bon,”; and

in the national language text, in relation to the definition of
“sumber ekonomi”—
(i)
in subsubparagraph 3(a)(ix)—

Revocation of Corrigendum 5.
The corrigendum published in P.U. (A) 49/2014 on 25 February 2014 is revoked.
