- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 85 of the Anti-Money Laundering Act 2001 [Act 613], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement

The Anti-Money Laundering Act 2001 is amended in the Second Schedule by inserting under the heading of “Penal Code [Act 574]”—
