Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 24(2) Akta Pencetakan Teks Al-Qur’an 1986 [Akta 326], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Pengecualian
(1)
Menteri mengecualikan 33,000 teks Al–Qur’an Al-Karim Darul Bayinah dari Kerajaan Arab Saudi yang akan dibawa masuk oleh Pejabat Timbalan Menteri Besar
Kelantan melalui pintu masuk Pelabuhan Klang, Malaysia bagi kegunaan umat Islam secara wakaf di seluruh Negeri Kelantan daripada kehendak seksyen 6, 7 dan 8 Akta dan subperaturan 3(5) dan (6) Peraturan-Peraturan Pencetakan Teks Al–Qur’an 1986
[P.U. (A) 488/1986].

Pengecualian di bawah subperenggan (1) hendaklah terpakai bagi suatu tempoh selama empat bulan dari tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa Perintah ini.

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 24(2) of the Printing of Qur’anic Texts Act 1986 [Act 326], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement

This order may be cited as the Printing of Qur’anic Texts (Exemption)
Order 2014.
Seksyen 2
Exemption
(1)
The Minister exempts 33,000 texts of Al-Qur’an Al-Karim Darul Bayinah from the Government of Arab Saudi which will be brought in by the Kelantan Deputy
Chief Minister’s Office through the Port Klang entry point, Malaysia for the use of
Muslims by way of wakaf throughout the State of Kelantan from the requirement of sections 6, 7 and 8 of the Act and subregulations 3(5) and (6) of the Printing of Qur’anic
Texts Regulations 1986 [P.U. (A) 488/1986].

The exemption under subparagraph (1) shall be applicable for a period of four months from the commencement date of this Order.
