Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(3) of the Registration of Pharmacists Act 1951 [Act 371], the Minister, after consulting the Board, makes the following order: Citation

Seksyen 1

This order may be cited as the Registration of Pharmacists (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2019.

Amendment of First Schedule

The First Schedule to the Registration of Pharmacists Act 1951 is amended—

(a)

in relation to the country of “Malaysia”, by inserting after the item “KPJ University College” and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
