PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 15 (1) Akta Pendaftaran Penjenayah dan Orang-Orang Yang Tidak Akta 7. Diingini 1969, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Pendaftaran Penjenayah dan Orang-orang Yang Tidak Diingini (Pindaan) 1983.

Seksyen 2

Bahagian IV Jadual Pertama (Sabah dan Sarawak) dan Bahagian VI Jadual Pertama (Negeri-negeri Tanah Melayu) kepada Akta Pendaftaran Penjenayah dan Orang-orang Yang Tidak Diingini 1969, (kemudian ini disebut "Akta itu") adalah dipinda dengan menambah kepada senarai butiran-butiran, butiran yang berikut:

No. Tajuk Ringkas Seksyen "Ordinan 22/70 Ordinan Dharurat (Kuasa-kuasa 2 (1).". Perlu) 1970

Seksyen 3

Bahagian IV Jadual Pertama (Negeri-negeri Tanah Melayu) Akta itu adalah dipinda dengan menambah kepada senarai butiran-butiran, butiran yang berikut:

REGISTRATION OF CRIMINALS AND UNDESIRABLE PERSONS (AMENDMENT) ORDER 1983

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 (1) of the Registration of Criminals and Undesirable Persons Act 1969, the Act Minister makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

This Order may be cited as the Registration of Criminals and Undesirable Persons (Amendment) Order 1983.

Seksyen 2

Part IV of the First Schedule (Sabah and Sarawak) and Part VI of the First Schedule (States of Malaya) of the Registration of Criminals and Undesirable Persons Act 1969, (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") is amended by adding the following item to the list of items:

"Ordinance 22 of Emergency (Essential Powers) 2 (1)."
