PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 15 (1) Akta Pendaftaran Penjenayah dan Orang-Orang Yang Tidak Akta 7. Diingini 1969, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Pendaftaran Penjenayah dan Orang-Orang Yang Tidak Diingini (Pindaan) 1984.

Seksyen 2

Bahagian I Jadual Kedua (Sabah, Sarawak dan Negeri-negeri Tanah Melayu) kepada Akta Pendaftaran Penjenayah dan Orang-Orang Yang Tidak Diingini 1959, adalah dipinda dengan menambah di tempat yang sesuai, butiran yang berikut kepada senarai butiran-butiran:

REGISTRATION OF CRIMINALS AND UNDESIRABLE PERSONS (AMENDMENT) ORDER 1984

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 (1) of the Registration of Criminals and Undesirable Persons Act 1969, the Minister makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

This Order may be cited as the Registration of Criminals and Undesirable Persons (Amendment) Order 1984.

Seksyen 2

Part I of the Second Schedule (Sabah, Sarawak and States of Malaya) to the Registration of Criminals and Undesirable Persons Act 1969, is hereby amended by adding at the appropriate place, the following item to the list of items:

Chapter and Sections Offences

"Section 298A ... ... Relating to Religion"
