PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 15(1) Akta Pendaftaran Penjenayah dan Orang-Orang Yang Tak Diingini 1969, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 15(1) of the Registration of Criminals and Undesirable Persons Act 1969, the Act 7. Minister makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

This order may be cited as the Registration of Criminals and Undesirable Persons (Amendment of Schedule) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 8 January 1998.

Citation and commencement.

Seksyen 2

Part IV of the First Schedule (Sabah), Part IV of the First Schedule (Sarawak) and Part VI of the First Schedule (West Malaysia) to the Act are amended by substituting for the particulars— Amendment of First Schedule.
