PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen-kecil (1) seksyen 15 Akta Pendaftaran Penjenayah dan Orang-orang Yang Tidak Akta 7. Di ingini 1969, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan sebagai Perintah Pendaftaran Penjenayah dan Orang-orang Yang Tidak Di ingini (Pindaan) (No. 2) 1976 dan hendaklah mula berkuatkuasa pada 1hb Oktober 1976.

Seksyen 2

Bahagian IV kepada Jadual Pertama (Sabah), Bahagian IV kepada Jadual Pertama (Sarawak) dan Bahagian VI kepada Jadual Pertama (Negeri-negeri Tanah Melayu) kepada Akta Pendaftaran Penjenayah dan Orang-orang Yang Tidak Di ingini 1969 adalah dipinda dengan menambah kepadanya kesalahan-kesalahan yang tersebut di dalam Jadual di bawah ini.

REGISTRATION OF CRIMINALS AND UNDESIRABLE PERSONS ACT 1969

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 15 of the Registration of Criminals and Undesirable Persons Act 1969, the Act 7. Minister makes the following order:

REGISTRATION OF CRIMINALS AND UNDESIRABLE PERSONS (AMENDMENT) (No.2) ORDER 1976

1. This Order may be cited as the Registration of Criminals and Undesirable Persons (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1976 and shall come into force on 1st October 1976. Citation and commencement.

2. Part IV of the First Schedule (Sabah), Part IV of the First Schedule (Sarawak) and Part VI of the First Schedule (States of Malaya) to the Registration of Criminals and Undesirable Persons Act 1969, are amended by adding thereto the offences specified in the Schedule hereto.
