PERINTAH (PENGECUALIAN) UNIVERSITI MALAYA 1978
PapA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 26 Akta Akia3o,
Universiti dan Kolej Universiti 1971, Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut:
Seksyen 2
Jadual kepada Akta Universiti dan Kolej Universiti 1971 dipakai bagi Pengecuatian.
Universiti Malaya dengan perubahan yang berikut— Akta 30.
Seksyen Pengecualian 48 (1). tee Gantikan perkataan-perkataan “Persatuan
Pelajar-pelajar Universiti” dengan perkataan-perkataan “Persatuan Mahasiswa-mahasiswa
Universiti”.
Diperbuat pada 24 haribulan Mac 1978.

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Universities and Act 30. University Colleges Act 1971, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:
Seksyen 1
This order may be cited as the University of Malaya (Exemption) Citation.
Order 1978.
Seksyen 2
The Schedule to the Universities and University Colleges Act 1971 Bxemption.
is applied to the University of Malaya with the following variation— 4st 30.
Section Exemption 48 (1)... vee Substitute for the words “Students’ Union of the University’ the words “Under-graduates’ Union of the University”.
Made the 24th March 1978.
