Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram 2001 dipinda dalam Jadual Kedua—
(a)
di bawah kepala "Akta Perindustrian Niaga Hadapan 1993 [Akta 499]" dengan memasukkan selepas butiran 37 butiran yang berikut:

(b)

- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 85 of the Anti-Money Laundering Act 2001 [Act 613], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement

Amendment of Second Schedule

The Anti-Money Laundering Act 2001 is amended in the Second Schedule—
(a)
under the heading "Futures Industry Act 1993 [Act 499]” by inserting after item 37 the following items:
