Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 100 Kanun Tanah Negara [56 tahun 1965], Pentadbir Tanah Daerah Kuala Pilah meminda Pemberitahuan Pentadbir Tanah di bawah seksyen 100 yang disiarkan sebagai Pemberitahuan Warta No. 192 pada 25 Mei 2006 seperti berikut:

(a)

dalam bilangan 43, di bawah ruangan dengan tajuk “Jenis dan No.

Hakmilik” dengan menggantikan “G.M. 4104 (dahulunya E.M.R.

970)” dengan “G.M. 3779 (dahulunya E.M.R. 3068)”.

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 100 of the National Land Code [56 of 1965], the District Land Administrator of Kuala Pilah amends the Notification on Order of Land Administrator under section 100 published as Gazette Notification No. 192 on 25 May 2006 as following:

(a)

in item 43 under the column with the heading “Description and No.

Title” by substituting “G.M. 4104 (formerly E.M.R. 970)” with “G.M.

3779 (formerly E.M.R. 3068)”.
