PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 15 Akta Penyemakan Undang-Undang 1968[Akta 1], Pesuruhjaya Penyemak Undang-Undang membuat perintah yang berikut:

REVISION OF LAWS (RECTIFICATION OF INTERPRETATION ACTS 1948 AND 1967) ORDER 1999

Opening note

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Revision of Laws Act 1968[Act 1], the Commissioner of Law Revision makes the following order: Citation and commencement

This Order shall come into operation on 11 March 1999.

Rectification

Seksyen 2

The Interpretation Acts 1948 and 1967[Act 388] is rectified in subsection 131(1) by substituting for the words "with the modifications and additions contained in the Second Schedule, PART I of this Act" the words ", PART I of this Act with the modifications and additions contained in the Second Schedule,".
