Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 15 Akta Akta
Seksyen 1
Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Penyemakan Undang-Undang (Akta Pemberipinjam Wang) 1990 dan hendaklah disifatkan sebagai telah mula berkuatkuasa pada 14hb Disember 1989.
Seksyen 2
Seksyen 2A Akta Pemberipinjam Wang 1951 adalah dengan ini dibetulkan dengan menggantikan perkataan " (Omitted) " yang terdapat di subseksyen (1) (g) dengan perkataan-perkataan "any licensed finance company as defined in section 2 (1) of the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989".

REVISION OF LAWS (MONEYLENDERS ACT) ORDER 1990
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Revision of Laws Act 1968, the Commissioner of Law Revision, hereby makes the following Order:
Seksyen 1
This Order may be cited as the Revision of Laws (Moneylenders Act) Order 1990 and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 14th December 1989.
Seksyen 2
Section 2A of the Moneylenders Act 1951 is hereby rectified by substituting the words any licensed finance company as defined in section 2 (1) of the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989" for the word " (Omitted) " appearing in subsection (1) (g).
