Bahagian I
Akta Pemberipinjam Wang 1951 (disemak dalam tahun 1989 sebagai Akta 400), Akta Perbadanan Stadium Merdeka 1963 (disemak dalam tahun 1990 sebagai Akta 433) dan Akta Cukai Pendapatan 1967 (dicetak semula dalam tahun 1980 sebagai Cetakan Semula No. 2 Tahun 1980) adalah masing-masing diperbetulkan mengikut cara yang dinyatakan seperti di bawah.
Perintah ini boleh dinamakan Perintah Penyemakan Undang Undang (Pembetulan) 1991.
Bahagian II
Bahagian ini hendaklah disifatkan telah mula berkuatkuasa pada 14hb Disember 1989.
Seksyen 2A Akta Pemberipinjam Wang 1951 (disemak dalam tahun 1989 sebagai Akta 400) adalah dengan ini diperbetulkan dengan menggantikan subseksyen (1) (c) dengan yang berikut:
any bank or merchant bank licensed under the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989 or any bank licensed under the Islamic Banking Act 1983;"

Bahagian ini hendaklah disifatkan telah mula berkuatkuasa pada 31hb Mac 1990.
Akta Perbadanan Stadium Merdeka 1963 (disemak dalam tahun 1990 sebagai Akta 433) adalah dengan ini diperbetulkan seperti yang berikut—
dengan menggantikan perkataan-perkataan "section 4" yang terdapat dalam seksyen 2 di bawah tafsiran "member" dengan perkataan-perkataan "section 5";
dengan menggantikan perkataan-perkataan "section 5" yang terdapat dalam seksyen 5 (5) dengan perkataan-perkataan "section 6";
dengan menggantikan perkataan-perkataan "section 4 (1) (b)" yang terdapat dalam seksyen 6 (b) dengan perkataan-perkataan "section 5 (1) (b)"; dan
dengan menggantikan perkataan-perkataan "section 3" yang terdapat dalam seksyen 10 (2) (b) dengan perkataan-perkataan "section 4".
Bahagian IV
Bahagian ini hendaklah disifatkan telah mula berkuatkuasa pada 1hb November 1971.
Akta Cukai Pendapatan 1967 (dicetak semula dalam tahun 1980 sebagai Cetakan Semula No. 2 Tahun 1980) adalah diperbetulkan dengan memotong perkataan-perkataan "or composite assessment, as the case may be" yang terdapat dalam seksyen 103 (1).

REVISION OF LAWS (RECTIFICATION) ORDER 1991
Opening note
Bahagian I
This Order may be cited as the Revision of Laws (Rectification) Citation Order 1991.
The Moneylenders Act 1951 (revised in 1989 as Act 400), the Merdeka Stadium Corporation Act 1963)revised in 1990 as Act 433) and the Income Tax Act 1967 (reprinted in 1980 as Reprint No. 2 of 1980) respectively are rectified in the manner specified below. Rectification of Act 400. Act 433 and Act 53.
Bahagian II
This Part shall be deemed to have come into force on the 14th December 1989.
Section 2A of the Moneylenders Act 1951 (revised in 1989 as Act 400) is hereby rectified by substituting for subsection (1) (c) with the following:

Act 276.
any bank or merchant bank licensed under the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989 or any bank licensed under the Islamic Banking Act 1983;".
RECTIFICATION TO THE MERDEKA STADIUM CORPORATION ACT 1963
Bahagian III
This Part shall be deemed to have come into force on the 31st March 1990.
The Merdeka Stadium Corporation Act 1963 (revised in 1990 as Act 433) is hereby rectified as follows—
by substituting for the words "section 4" appearing in section 2 under the definition of "member" the words "section 5";
by substituting for the words "section 5" appearing in section 5 (5) the words "section 6";
by substituting for the words "section 4 (1) (b)" appearing in section 6 (b) the words "section 5 (1) (b)"; and
by substituting for the words "section 3" appearing in section 10 (2) (b) the words "section 4".
Bahagian IV
This Part shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st November 1971.
The Income Tax Act 1967 (reprinted in 1980 as Reprint No. 2 of 1980) is hereby rectified by deleting the words for composite assessment, as the case may be" appearing in section 103 (1).
