IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Revision of Laws Act 1968 [Act 1], the Commissioner of Law Revision makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Revision of Laws (Rectification of Election Offences Act 1954) Order 2018. Rectification 2.
The reprint of the English language text of the Election Offences Act 1954 [Act 5] published in the year 2016 incorporating all amendments up to 1 December 2016 is rectified in subsection 6(3) by substituting for the words “ball ot” the word “ballot”.
