PERINTAH PENYEMAKAN UNDANG-UNDANG (PEMBETULAN
AKTA LEMBAGA PELABUHAN) 1992
PapA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 15 Akta
Penyemakan Undang-Undang 1968, Pesuruhjaya Penyemak
Undang-Undang membuat perintah yang berikut:
Seksyen 2
Akta Lembaga Pelabuhan 1963 adalah diperbetulkan seperti berikut:
(a)
dengan menggantikan perkataan-perkataan “Johore Bahru
Port Authority” yang terdapat dalam ruang kedua Jadual
Pertama dengan perkataan-perkataan “Johore Port
Authority”; dan
(b)
dengan menggantikan perkataan-perkataan “Johore Port
Authorities (Amendment) By-Laws 1981” yang terdapat dalam SENARAI PINDAAN yang bertentangan dengan
Citation and commencement.
Appointment of Judicial
Commissioner.

Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Revision Act] of Laws Act 1968, the Commissioner of Law Revision makes the following order: aoaeaae 1. This Order may be cited as the Revision of Laws "(Rectification of Port Authorities Act) Order 1992 and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 18th March 1992. pee 2. The Port Authorities Act 1963 is rectified as follows:
(a)
by substituting for the words “Johore Bahru Port
Authority” appearing in the second column of the First
Schedule the words “Johore Port Authority”; and
(b)
by substituting for the words “Johore Port Authorities
(Amendment) By-Laws 1981” appearing in the LIST OF
AMENDMENT against P.U. (A) 286/81 the words “Port
Authorities (Johore Port) (Amendment) Order 1981”.
Made the 9th June 1992.
