PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 12 (2) Akta Pergigian 1971, Menteri, selepas berunding dengan Majlis Akta 51. Pergigian Malaysia, membuat perintah yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Pergigian (Pindaan Nama. Jadual Kedua) 1986.

Seksyen 2

Jadual Kedua kepada Akta Pergigian 1971 adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan sebaik sahaja di bawah "King Edward VII College of Medicine" dan kelulusan yang berkaitan di bawah negeri "Singapore" yayasan dan kelulusan berkaitan yang berikut:

"National University of Singapore

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (mulai 7hb Julai 1980)".

DENTAL (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) ORDER 1986

Opening note

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 (2) of the Dental Act 1971, the Minister, after consulting the Malaysian Dental Council, makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

This Order may be cited as the Dental (Amendment of Second Citation. Schedule) Order 1986.

Seksyen 2

The Second Schedule to the Dental Act 1971 is amended by inserting immediately below "King Edward VII College of Medicine" and the related qualification under the country "Singapore" the following institution and related qualification:

"National University of Bachelor of Dental Surgery (from the 7th July 1980)".

Made the 7th March 1986.
