dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan “Canada” dan perkataan yang terdapat bersetentangan dengannya perkataan yang berikut:

DENTAL (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) ORDER 2004
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(2) of the Dental Act 1971
[Act 51], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order:
Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Dental (Amendment of Second Schedule)
Order 2004.

Amendment of the Second Schedule 2.
The Second Schedule to the Dental Act 1971 is amended—
by inserting after the word “Canada” and the words appearing against it the following words:
“Hong Kong

Bachelor of Dental Surgery
Hong Kong
(Recognised on 13-12-2000)”;
by inserting after the word “Iraq” and the words appearing against it the following words:

by inserting after the words appearing in columns two and three for the country of Malaysia as specified in the first column the following words:
