DENTAL ACT 1971

DENTAL (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) ORDER 2005

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(2) of the Dental Act 1971

[Act 51], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Dental (Amendment of Second Schedule)

Order 2005.

Amendment of the Second Schedule 2.

The Second Schedule to the Dental Act 1971 is amended by inserting below

“Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia” and the related qualification under the country

“Malaysia” the following institution and related qualification:

“Universiti Sains Malaysia

Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.)

(USM)

(Recognised on 17-2-2004)”.
