DENTAL (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) ORDER 2014
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(2) of the Dental Act 1971 [Act 51], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order:
Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Dental (Amendment of Second Schedule)
Order 2014.
Amendment of the Second Schedule 2.
The Second Schedule to the Act is amended in relation to the country of “India”—
(a)
by inserting after the item “A.B. Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental
Science, Mangalore” and the particulars appearing against it, the following item and particulars:
