Jadual 11 kepada Akta Perkhidmatan Kewangan Islam 2013 dipinda—

(a)

dalam perenggan 5—

(i)

dalam ruang pertama, dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan

“perintah garnisan” perkataan “atau perintah hiwalah”; dan

(ii)

dalam ruang kedua, dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan

“perintah garnisan” perkataan “atau perintah hiwalah”;

(b)

ISLAMIC FINANCIAL SERVICES (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 11) ORDER 2021

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 275

of the

Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 [Act 759], the Minister, on the recommendation of the Bank, makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the

Amendment of Schedule 11 2.

Schedule 11 to the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 is amended—

(a)

in paragraph 5—

(i)

in the first column, by inserting after the words “garnishee order”

the words “or a hiwalah order”; and

(ii)

in the second column, by inserting after the words “garnishee order”

the words “or the hiwalah order”;

(b)

in paragraph 6, in the first column, by inserting after the words

(c)

in paragraph 10, in the first column, by substituting for the words
