Syor-syor hendaklah berkuat kuasa 2.
Syor-syor yang terkandung dalam laporan Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya bertarikh 6 Mac 2018 hendaklah berkuat kuasa dari tarikh Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa.

FEDERAL CONSTITUTION
FEDERAL CONSTITUTION (DELIMITATION OF CONSTITUENCIES)
(STATES OF MALAYA) ORDER 2018
WHEREAS the Election Commission have, in accordance with the requirements of
Clause (2) of Article 113 of the Federal Constitution, reviewed the division of the States of Malaya (including Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and
Putrajaya) into Parliamentary constituencies and the division of each State within the States of Malaya into State constituencies:
AND WHEREAS the Election Commission have, in accordance with section 8 of
Part II of the Thirteenth Schedule to the Federal Constitution, submitted to the Prime Minister on 9 March 2018 their report containing recommendations with respect to the delimitation of the Parliamentary constituencies in the States of
Malaya (including Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and Putrajaya) and the State constituencies in each State within the States of Malaya:
AND WHEREAS the report of the Election Commission has been laid before the House of Representatives under section 9 of the Thirteenth Schedule to the Federal Constitution:
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Thirteenth Schedule to the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
This Order may be cited as the Federal Constitution (Delimitation of
Constituencies) (States of Malaya) Order 2018.
This Order comes into operation on 29 March 2018.

Recommendations to have effect 2.
The recommendations contained in the report of the Election Commission dated 6 March 2018 shall have effect from the date of the coming into operation of this Order.
